Return Policy

At Southern Whispers Fragrance House, each candle is hand-poured with care to ensure the highest quality.  Because our products are custom-made and scent based, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to fragrance preference or general dissatisfaction once an item has been used.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us.  

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery at southernwhispersfragrancehouse@gmail.com with photos and your order number.  We'll be happy to replace or refund the affected item.

All items must be in their original, unused condition for return approval.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
